SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All products are delivered via First Class delivery at a cost of €17.99. Due to COVID-19, orders may take up to 14 days to arrive. Orders over €150 will be shipped via registered post at no extra cost.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. A cancellation fee of 50% applies if the notice period is not met. Refunds are not provided, but exchanges or credit notes are available within 14 days for unused products.

CHILD SUPERVISION IN THE CLINIC

Children are welcome in our clinic, but staff cannot supervise them during treatments. An adult must accompany children, and they are not allowed in treatment rooms for safety reasons.
